First Class Master’s Degree (B-Grade) OR Second Class Master’s Degree with M.Phil. OR equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field with no 3″ Division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

Provided that the candidate holding higher degrees viz. M.Phil / Ph.D. or equivalent but with only one 3rd division in the entire academic career shall also be eligible.

Provided further that benefit of higher degrees viz M.Phll/Ph.D. or equivalent shall not be allowed to the candidates who are eligible on the basis of higher qualification.
