Preferably has an advanced degree such as an AMBA, CA (Partly Qualified), ACCA, ICMA (Partly qualified). CPA or equivalent m accounting or finance, with at-Jeast seven years of progressive financial management experience. Four years of International experience of working in NGO/PVO preferred. The incumbent must possess understanding of donor regulations of USAID.
